Large Castings

We are one of the few foundries equipped to produce castings weighing up to 1.5 tonnes, our particular speciality is the “casting-in” of stainless pipework used to heat/cool the tool during use.

Typical end users of such tools include the aerospace and automotive industries, the latter in the manufacture of components for insulation, sound proofing and carpeting, also seat foams and bumpers. Other types of castings include rotational and blow moulding tools requiring fine detail and dimensional accuracy.
